What is the process for buying a video conference room solution?
The design process begins when you book a consultation call with us. We will listen to your requirements, ask questions, and may provide high level recommendations. From there, we’ll follow up with a solution we think will address your needs with estimated pricing. Next, we’ll tweak the design based on feedback and provide a formal proposal and scope of work. You can then choose to move forward with purchase and installation.
What is your video conference room design philosophy?
Before we incorporate a product into a design, we make sure we have a full understanding of the products features, flexibility, compatibility and cost. We never want to propose an expensive or complex design when it is something you do not need. Alternately, we do not recommend products that we have tested and found to be feature limited, cheaply made, unreliable and difficult to use.
Do you only design solutions for Zoom and Teams?
Not necessarily. We encourage you to book a consultation to discuss your unique needs. Many of the designs we sell support BYOD (bring your own device) which provides easy plug-and-play compatibility with many other video conference platforms.
